The Algarde Syphon Set is constructed with a one piece bulb, large tubes and a On/Off tap. These allow the unit to effectively transfer liquid when either cleaning or emptying the aquarium. The rigid bed hangs over the side of the aquarium or container leaving both hands free. The large purpose made strainer fitted to the inlet tube helps prevent fish from being hurt if they come into contact with the inlet.
